Watercrafts plumbing performed a number of tasks, helped service and bring an old underfloor heating system up to date with a new rewriting and module. They also fixed a shower cassette that was broken which a previous plumber said only way to fix was to break through the tiles.

This was all done at a very high level of expertise, while being relatable and able to discuss various options. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using their services again in the future.

The plumber diagnosed the fault and advised me that the two valves on the heated bathroom towel rail needed to be replaced. This involved flushing out the system and then carrying out the work. He seemed to do a thorough job and in the process was a great pleasure to deal with. He is an excellent communicator and a thoroughly nice person and to be highly recommended.

Thabo and his colleague were both efficient, worked quickly, left everything immaculate and found the stopcock I’d been looking for for weeks in seconds. They were kind and helpful and the invoice was very reasonable. 5 stars!!!

Prompt in responding with quote and courteous re: water cylinder replacement. Suggested options on water cylinders and visited to assess the job. Ordered the cylinder and had it delivered to my home (be careful with this as supposedly kerbside delivery but the courier delivered to my door!).

Completed job within 3 weeks from start of communication. Took one and half days. Reworked the piping and looks pretty good. Professional and cleaned up with help from OJ. All in all happy with the service, competitive quote and professional.
