The plumber diagnosed the fault and advised me that the two valves on the heated bathroom towel rail needed to be replaced. This involved flushing out the system and then carrying out the work. He seemed to do a thorough job and in the process was a great pleasure to deal with. He is an excellent communicator and a thoroughly nice person and to be highly recommended.
Thabo is very professional, always took time to explain what he was doing. Installation is very neat and helpful left the site as he found it by cleaning up. One of the best !!
